Liverpool In Shock Move For Grzegorz Krychowiak.
Liverpool have lined up a surprising move for Poland and Paris St-German midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak as Klopp seeks for a new player to replace Emre Can, who could be signed by Juventus later in the month.
The Reds have completed two midfielders earlier this month but he isn’t contended with the quality he possesses at the middle of the park.
Krychowiak spent last season on at West Brom but he wasn’t able to help the team from being relegated to the Championship League next season.
Though the 28-year-old is back to the Ligue 1 side for their pre-season tour, he is linked with a permanent move to the Anfield Stadium this summer.
The player was involved in all the matches played by Poland at the ongoing summer FIFA World Cup and he was lively throughout the time he spent on the pitch for the European country.
Despite his awesome performances which captured Klopp’s attention, he was unable to see his country through to the knockout stages of the competition as they finished fourth behind Colombia, Japan and Senegal.
According to the Sun, the Reds’ chances of luring the player to Anfield Stadium depends on Thomas Tuchel’s plan for the player.
Should the manager decides to use him more prominently next season, then the Merseyside club will need to look elsewhere for their midfield reinforcement.
Krychowiak still has a contract with PSG until 2021 but the £26m-rated player could be heading to Liverpool this summer.
He played 31 matches for the Baggies in all competitions, scoring twice during last season.
