Chelsea youngster Kasey Palmer might be on his way out of Stamford Bridge, according to reports.

The young midfielder wasn’t part of Conte’s plan during last season as he was loaned out to Derby County in the winter transfer window.

The Pride Park outfits were impressed with his performance while he was with them and they have reportedly contacted the Blues hierarchy over the possibility of getting him on a loan deal for the second consecutive time this year.

Another report from Sky Sports reveals the youngster is being tracked by Championship side Norwich City as part of their reinforcing process ahead of next season.

Though Conte is set to be fired by the club’s hierarchy, Palmer is still not sure of getting a single minute of first-team action under Maurizio Sarri, who is tipped as Conte’s replacement.

Palmer, 22, helped Huddersfield to the Premier League competition last season, he will be hoping to help Derby return back to England’s top-flight League should he finally join the Championship side this summer.

With this report, the youngster has joined the list players who are set to end their spell at Stamford Bridge.

Davide Zappacosta, Willian, Rudiger, David Luiz and Eden Hazard, Thibaut Courtois are the most important players in the squad who could be leaving West London before the start of next season.
