Brazilian midfielder Fabinho, who signed with the Reds at the latter stage of last month is presently at the club’s premises ahead of his unveiling ceremony, according to report.
The former Monaco star was pictured at the Merseyside club ahead of his appearance at Melwood, where he will be unveiled as the latest player to make his move to the Reds ahead of the upcoming season.
Fabinho reportedly joined the Reds on a fee which is said to be at the range of £43.7m after a wonderful season with Ligue 1 side Monaco.
Having sold Phillippe Coutinho to Barcelona last January, the Reds failed to get his worthy replacement till the end of the season.
With Fabinho in the team, Jurgen Klopp seems to be have found a man who is capable of rendering the service he enjoyed during Coutinho’s time at the Anfield Stadium.
However, Fabinho could also be deployed as holding midfielder, depending on Jurgen Klopp’s tactical approach to games.
Emre Can, who presently plays as holding midfielder for the Reds, is reportedly on his way to Juventus thereby giving space for Fabinho to operate as a defensive midfielder alongside another incoming star Naby Keita.
Liverpool will battle United in their first pre-season game on July 7 and Fabinho will be expected to make his unofficial debut for the Reds.
