Chelsea are not sure if they would be able to stop Willian from reuniting with José Mourinho at Old Trafford next season.
The Brazilian star has been source of speculation for a while as reports claimed that the United manager is doing everything possible to explore his relationship with the winger in luring him to Old Trafford before the commencement of the 2018-19 season.
Though the Blues have moved promptly to block any potential deal from materializing, they still not certain if they would retain the player’s services after the summer World Cup which is presently underway in Russia.
However, amid their uncertainty, the Blues hierarchy are reportedly eyeing a possible move for Championship youngster Adama Traore, who plays for Middleborough, according to Sunday Times reporter Duncan Castles.
The reporter reports that the Blues have shown interest in the winger and the are going to make an official approach towards getting him ahead of Paris St-German, who were the player’s initial admirer.
While speaking to Transfer Window podcast, Duncan revealed that the Blues are willing to get Traore this summer, knowing well that it would take him some time to become as good as the Brazilian.
