Chelsea are reportedly in a deal swap deal with Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund as they hope to let go of Alvaro Morata as a makeshift for Pulisic.
Though nothing concrete has been made concerning the proposed deal, the Blues have shown their desire to get rid of the Spaniard’s contract after a dismal debut season with the club.
Having said that, reports according to The Mirror, suggests that Chelsea are once again set to be involved in a swap deal as they are willing to offer Davide Zappacosta as a makeshift for Inter Milan defender Matias Vecino.
Chelsea incoming manager Maurizio Sarri has told the Blues hierarchy to make sure they provide a very strong squad to work with if they must get the desired result by the end of the 2018-19 season.
As a way to dance to Sarri’s tune, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is ready to partway with some of his fringe players, including Zappacosta and Cesc Fabregas, so as to create space for new and quality players.
Davide Zappacosta didn’t get much action for the Blues during last season as he played a second fiddle to Nigerian international Victor Moses at the right-back position.
He is expected to leave Stamford Bridge this summer so as to get a new club were he would get regular first-team actions.
As at now, the report is still a mere speculation because neither Chelsea nor Inter’s representatives have said anything about the rumors linking him with the Serie A side.
