Arsenal have joined Manchester United, Chelsea and Juventus in the race for Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale.
The Welshman was the hero for the Santiago Bernabeu outfits in the Champions League final against Liverpool as his two goals was enough to inspire the team to their third consecutive Champions League glory.
His performance during the encounter didn’t just win the cup for Madrid, but also drew the Gunners attention.
However, the player’s agent hasn’t ruled out the possibility that his client might join the Gunners this summer as he wants to play more regularly in the 2018-19 season.
Jonathan Barnett, who is his representative, was quoted by Daily Star that Bale loves Arsenal a lot and he is ready to move to the club if he won’t be promised much and regular game-time by the new Los Blancos manager Lopetegui.
From what we can detect from Barnett’s speech, Arsenal can only stand a chance of signing the Welshman if Madrid fail to use him on regular basis.
It remains unknown whether he would make a switch to the Emirates stadium or he will remain at Santiago Bernabeu.
Meanwhile, Manchester United and Chelsea still remain keen on his signature and they are keeping close tabs on his current situation at the Spanish Capital.
Mourinho is a great admirer of the speedy striker and he’s hoping to reunite with him after coaching him during his stay at Madrid manager in the 2013-14 season.
