Real Madrid have reportedly named the price they would love to receive from clubs willing to capture Gareth Bale’s signature in the summer.
The Santiago Bernabeu outfits failed to release the player during the winter transfer window despite desperate move for his services by Manchester United manager José Mourinho.
Though the Los Blancos still remain adamant to offers trooping in for the Welshman’s signature, they have reportedly released the price they would love to sell him peradventure, they fail to convince him to remain at La Liga beyond the summer.
According to Manchester Evening via OK Diario, Madrid President Florentino Perez is looking at the prospect of releasing the former Tottenham star for £131m.
The report also suggests that Manchester United manager hasn’t given up in his chase after Bale’s services and he is ready to reignite his desire to reunite with the 28-year-old striker ahead of next season.
It should be recalled that the highly-rated goalscorer joined the Spanish Capital club from Tottenham in 2012 in a world-record deal worth £89m.
His stay at Santiago Bernabeu has largely been successful, though, he had to spend sometimes on the sideline due to recurring injuries.
During his stay at Santiago Bernabeu, the Welshman has won two La Liga, Copa del Rey, club World Cup and Champions League on four occasions.
