ARSENAL LINKED WITH SHOCK MOVE TO MANCHESTER UNITED MIDFIEDER
Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini has been linked with a shocking to move to Arsenal.
The 30- year-old has publicly expressed his disdain at the club’s unwillingness to offer him a two-year deal and is reportedly keen on departing the club this summer, amid rumours linking him with a move to AC Milan.
But according to reports from French news outlet, the Belgian could set for a switch to Arsenal with the London outfit reportedly in pole position to land the Belgian.
The Gunners are looking to add further solidity to a midfield largely comprising of creative but diminutive playmakers and Uni Emery believes Fellaini’s height could prove an imposing factor in Arsenal’s engine room.
The reports claim Fellaini’s representatives will open talks with the Gunners ahead of a potential move to the Emirates in the coming days.
The Belgian International moved to Old Trafford in 2015 in a 27 million pounds deal but he hasn’t always been a fan’s favourite in his three years at the club. The reports claim Fellaini is keen on sorting out his future and would prefer an agreement made prior to the commencement of the World cup in barely two weeks time.
