Chelsea In Another Shock Move For Conte Replacement
Chelsea’s search for Conte’s replacement is not going to end anytime soon as there are a lot of rumours emanating every day over the club’s managerial position.
It was reported in April that Huddersfield’s manager David Wagner has emerged as the best candidate for the position, according to the Sun.
Some days after the reports, Wagner came out to debunk the reports, claiming that his future lies with Huddersfield and not Chelsea.
The Blues were later linked with a move to hire Carlo Ancelotti, who is now Napoli’s manager. They were also linked with Luis Enrique and former Napoli manager Maurizio Sarri.
Sarri was initially believed to be the next boss at Stamford Bridge but things didn’t go well between Abramovich and the Italian manager during the course of their negotiations.
However, the Blues are once again linked with a shock move for Fulham boss Jokanovic, according to reports emanating from Italy.
Salvisa Jokanovic enjoyed a great outing with the Graven Cottagers in the just concluded season, helping them get a promotion to the Premier League next season after beating Aston Villa in the final playoff game.
It remains unknown if the Fulham manager would be favoured ahead of Zinedine Zidane in the race for the Blues coaching job.
