Lazio central midfielder Milinko-Savic is being a longtime target for José Mourinho but the manager hasn’t get perfect response from the player.
Milinko-Savic was one of the best midfielders in the Serie A during last season but he might be heading to Old Trafford according to numerous reports.
Despite Mourinho’s early interest in the player, the Old Trafford outfits are yet to agree terms and conditions with the player and that is not going well with Mourinho.
According to reports from Tuttosport, Lazio are unwilling to let go of the Serbian for any fee less than £132m in the summer but Mourinho is equally not ready to release such fund for his services.
Meanwhile, reports reaching out from Old Trafford suggests that the Former Real Madrid boss is set to cool his interest in Milinko-Savic while turns attention to Roma’s Pellegrini Lorenzo instead.
The €30m-rated midfielder featured in 37 matches for Roma during last season and he is being tipped as Mourinho’s target after failing to capture Milinko-Savic.
Though Roma are doing everything they can to renew his contract but Lorenzo is believed to have made up his mind to move to Premier League next season.
Juventus could serve as a stumbling block on Mourinho’s way, as the Old Lady are also making move to lure the player to Turin in the summer.
