Gareth Bale was furious with the way he was treated by Zinedine Zidane during the last season. The Welshman wasn’t rated by the French manager as he hardly includes him in his starting lineup.
Though Bale was injured in the early part of the season, Zidane failed to give him quality Playing-time and that has fuelled many speculations that the speedy winger could be on his way back to England.
Having seen how unhappy the player was during Madrid’s UEFA Champions League celebration, the Los Blancos president Florentino Perez has publicly exhibited his fear that Bale could be moving out of Santiago Bernabeu in the summer.
According to Perez via Spanish media outlet Marca, Bale wasn’t happy despite scoring two goals that helped the team clinched their third successive Champions League trophy against Liverpool.
He revealed that Bale has discussed with the club’s board of directors over his future at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Manchester United have been chasing after Bale’s signature for very long time and Mourinho is ready to reignite his interest in him in the summer.
Bale is also being tracked by Tottenham, who are hoping to recapture the player they sold to Madrid as the most expensive player in 2012.
