Manchester United manager José Mourinho has reportedly ordered the club to terminate Daley Blind’s contract in the summer.
The Dutchman has found game-time so hard to get since the Portuguese manager took charge of the club’s affair.
Despite finishing this season as runners-up to Manchester City, the Old Trafford outfits are ready to make wholesome changes to their backline in the summer and One player who is reportedly going to be affected by the manager’s proposed overhauling process is Daley Blind.
It was reported last month via Sun that the player is being tracked by Juventus and AC Milan but there hasn’t been any further rumour over his future.
As it is, Mourinho is looking to create space for incoming players in the summer and he is ready to offload some fringe players.
Matteo Darmian, Luke Shaw, Chris Smalling, Phil Jones and Marco Rojo are all linked with a move away from the Theater of Dreams by the end of the summer world cup.
Kalidou Koulibaly(Napoli) , Alex Sandro (Juventus), Danny Rose and Toby Alderweireld (Tottenham) are some of the defenders heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford in the summer.
Daley Blind only had 17 appearances for the club in the just-concluded season. His lack of regular action at Old Trafford has influenced his decision to end his stay under Mourinho in the summer transfer window.
