Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has revealed his desire to reinforce his team in the summer, irrespective of Saturday’s Champions League result against Real Madrid.
The Reds will be up against the Los Blancos in this season’s UEFA Champions League final on Saturday in Kiev.
Liverpool have enjoyed a great run through to the final and they would be hoping to beat Zinedine Zidane’s men later this weekend.
However, reports suggest that the German tactician is looking to add more qualities to his team at every department in the summer transfer window.
Guinean midfielder Naby Keita would finally make his much-talked-about move to the Merseyside club from RB Leipzig before the end of the upcoming summer World Cup.
The Reds are also interested in France international Nabil Fekir, who had a brilliant campaign with Lyon.
According to Klopp, Liverpool are in pole position to sign the midfielder in the summer.
The German also revels his desire to have a fully-fit Adam Lallana for the upcoming season so as to improve the team’s performance at the middle of the park.
It should be recalled that the manager sanctioned Philippe Coutinho’s move to Barcelona during the previous winter window. He is yet to find a perfect replacement for the Brazilian but he assured the Reds faithful that he is working on signing a new player to replace Coutinho.
