If the reports emanating from Santiago Bernabeu is anything to go by, there is going to be a shocking reunion in the summer as Cristiano is tipped to return back to Old Trafford.

According to Diario Gol, the Portuguese superstar is considering making an unexpected return to the Theater of Dreams in the summer.

Ronaldo, 32, left United in 2009 as the world’s most expensive player, after nine years of successful spell at the Spanish Capital, he seems ready to end his stay with the club.

However, the same source reports that Ronaldo is demanding for a new contract deal which would see him equal Lionel Messi and Neymar in terms of weekly wages.

Despite the player’s importance in Zinedine Zidane’s team, the Santiago Bernabeu board of directors — led by Florentino Perez — have refused to meet Ronaldo’s demands and that could mean the end of the player’s days with the Los Blancos.

Meanwhile, With Mourinho’s speculated overhauling process, Paul Pogba could be released by the Red Devils in summer after his less-impressive displays for the team this season.

According to Tuttosport, the Frenchman could be on his way to Juventus, who are hoping to reunite with the 25-year-old playmaker.

Juventus sold the playmaker to the Old Trafford outfits in 2016 for a whopping sum of £88m but they are now looking to get him back in the summer.
