Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is still in a desperate mission to lure Barcelona and France international winger Ousmane Dembele from Camp Nou.
Despite Barcelona’s reluctance to sell the youngster in the summer, the German manager is still hopeful that he could convince the Catalans to sanction the winger’s move to the Anfield Stadium.
According to Don Balon, the Reds are ready to negotiate with the Blaugrana over the possibility of capturing Dembele before the start of the summer World Cup.
The Spanish media outlet claims that Klopp is willing to offer Mohammed Salah to the Blaugrana so as to get the Frenchman in the summer, though, the Liga Champions would pay some amount of money plus Dembele.
Dembele, 21, made a huge-money switch to Barcelona from Borussia Dortmund last summer but hasn’t been too superb for the Blaugrana.
He featured in just 17 matches in the recently concluded campaign and he could be moving out of Camp Nou after the World’s biggest football fiesta in Russia.
Meanwhile, Barcelona have joined major competitor Real Madrid in the race to sign Liverpool striker Mohammed Salah, and according to Don Balon, the Reds are set to offer the 44-goal hero to Valverde’s team in the summer.
