Shakhtar Donetsk star player Fred has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United ahead of the upcoming summer transfer window.
It appears Jose Mourinho is determined to sign the talented player at all costs. There are recent reports that the red devils have held another meeting with his party over a move to the Theater of Dreams.
The Portuguese tactician is keen on strengthening his midfield department this summer by signing a superb midfielder to replace Michael Carrick. The former Chelsea boss also said he will only bring in a second midfielder if Fellaini dumped the club this summer.
Fred has been impressive at Shakhtar Donetsk and has caught the attention of various top clubs across Europe. The Brazilian star player has evolved into one of the best midfielders in the world and is set to move to a bigger club.
In January, Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City made an attempt to sign him – but the deal couldn’t see the light of the day before the closure of the window as a result of his wage demands.
Manchester United are now planning to bring Fred to Old Trafford this summer, and the Daily Star made it known that they have held further talks with the player’s representatives in recent weeks.
His side reportedly values him at around £40 Million – which is not a big dealfor a club like Manchester United.
Arsenal Can Sign Transfer Target For Just £3m
Arsenal have been boosted with the news that they can get one of their transfer targets for £3m.

Hernandez could follow Marko Arnautovic out of West Ham in this January transfer window with Chinese Super League outfit Shanghai SIPG keen to complete a £35m transfer for the Austrian international star.
