Manchester United and France international Paul Pogba has reportedly been linked with four top European clubs as his future at Old Trafford remain uncertain.
The one-time world’s most expensive player has been a hit and miss for the Red Devils since he joined the club from Juventus in 2016 and he could be leaving the club in the summer transfer window after spending just two seasons under José Mourinho.
Pogba’s relationship with the Portuguese manager has been too cordial since the Frenchman was left out of the Mourinho’s starting lineup for two consecutive matches last month and that could force him out of the club.
According to Daily Record, Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola is presently in contact with Paris St-German, Juventus, Real Madrid and Manchester City for negotiations over the possibility getting a new suitor for his client.
Juventus would be hoping to re-sign their former player while Real Madrid could reignite their interest in the Frenchman, who was their prime target during his time at Turin.
Though Manchester City are endowed with numerous world-class midfielders, signing Paul Pogba would definitely be an added advantage to the Citizens’ dream of retaining their Premier League title next season.
With Milinko-Savic making a big-money move to Old Trafford in the summer, the 26-year-old could ultimately lose his place in Mourinho’s first-eleven as the manager won’t love to drop Nemanja Matic or the Lazio star on the bench.
