Marouane Fellaini looks set to depart Old Trafford during the summer amid an ongoing dispute revolving contractual terms.
Manchester United Midfielder Marouane Fellaini is reportedly the subject of interest from Roma And Napoli. The Belgian International is in the final stages of his contract and the frizzy-haired star is poised for a departure despite desperate attempts to persuade the maligned midfielder to stick at the club.
Fellaini is said to be angered over the club’s refusal to grant him a two-year contract prior to the beginning of this campaign and is reportedly bent on ignoring United’s offer of a year’s extension to his contract and a pay raise.
Fellaini would be entitled to a massive signing on fee should he depart Old Trafford on a free and Italian outlet, Tuttosport claim Roma and Napoli are keenly monitoring the situation and are weighing up offers to land the ex Everton man during the summer.
The lanky midfielder is highly regarded by United manager Jose Mourinho but hasn’t always been a favourite amongst fans since his arrival in 2013. However, the uncertainty surrounding his contract did not deter the 30-year-old, from scoring a deft header to secure all three points against Arsenal in a Premier League clash last weekend.
