Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has finally revealed the club’s decision over his future at the Emirates Stadium ahead of next season.

Having failed to lay claim to the League trophy once again this season, coupled with many uninspiring displays from his players, Arsenal fans are calling for the manager’s sack by the end of the season.

Despite huge calls from fans and pundits on the Gunners board to terminate the Frenchman’s contract, the club are ready to retain Wenger for another season which will mark the end of his contract with the North London club.

While speaking with standard Evening over his future ahead of the upcoming season, Arsene Wenger revealed that he would remain at Arsenal for one more season so as to see off his contract in 2019.

It should be recalled that the 68-year-old signed a two-year deal with Arsenal last summer, before the start of this season and the deal is set to expire by the end of the 2018-19 season.

In the same report, Wenger also revealed his plans for next transfer window which will open in the next two months.

According to the Frenchman, there is no need to add to the list of strikers in his squad.

After signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Henrikh Mktarryan during the previous transfer market, Wenger admits his striking force are strong enough to cause havoc to opponent’s defensive line.

Alexander Lacazette, Danny Welbeck, Alex Iwobi, youngster Nketiah are all set to compete for a place in Wenger’s starting lineup next season.
