The transfer rumours surrounding Eden Hazard seems unending as there are other reports which suggest that Chelsea are set to offer the Belgian a mouthwatering deal so as to convince him to remain at the club beyond this season.

Despite not being in his best form throughout the season, the 27-year-old has scored 15 goals with 11 assists in 43 matches he has played for the Blues so far this season but he might be moving out of the club by the end of the season should they fail to qualify for next season’s Champions League competition, that’s according to report from Daily Mirror last night.

The Daily Mirror reported last night that Chelsea are ready to let the player leave Stamford Bridge this summer due to his dwindling form this season, though they are not ready to sell him for any price less than £88million.

But according to the Sports, the Blues hierarchy have reportedly tabled a €350,000-a-week contract for the player so as to make him commit his future to the club.

Real Madrid could be Hazard’s next destination should he choose to end his 6-year stay at the West London Club by the end of the season.

The Los Blancos manager Zinedine Zidane has been a longtime admirer of the player and he is hoping to work with him next season should he remain at Santiago Bernabeu beyond this season.

With Karim Benzema, Isco, Modric, Kroos, Asensio all linked with a move out of the La Liga Champions, Zidane will be hoping the club makes new signings to fill up the vacuum that might be created due to the players’ departure.
