Chelsea are reportedly set to rival Manchester United for the services of Toby Alderweireld who is presently out of favour with Mauricio Pochettino.
According to reports, the Blues are willing to release nothing less than £40million so as to lure the player to Stamford Bridge ahead of Manchester United who are also eyeing a move for his signature.
