Real Madrid might just be on the verge of signing their longtime transfer target Eden Hazard this summer as the Blues are reportedly ready to let go of the Belgian midfielder on one condition.

Eden Hazard 27, has been less impressive for the Blues since the second half of season and the Blues are willing to cash in on his signature when the summer transfer market opens.

According to Don Balon, Chelsea are willing to sanction Morata and Hazard’s switch to Santiago Bernabeu if the Spanish league giants are willing to offer £131m plus Gareth Bale.

It was earlier reported by the same sports journal last week, that the Blues are set to hijack United’s summer move for the Galacticos’ striker as they hope to pay a whopping sum of £88million for his signature.

The latest rumour suggests that Roman Ibrahimovic is hoping he could lure the striker to Old Trafford without paying any amount to Madrid as he wants both clubs to engage in a swap deal which will see Morata and Hazard join Zinedine Zidane in the summer.

Despite moving to Chelsea at the start of the campaign, Alvaro is tipped to be moving out of the club after failing to justify the price which was paid for his signature.

Chelsea’s hope of qualifying for next season’s Champions League was dashed last night having been trashed by Tottenham 3-1 at Stamford Bridge.

With yesterday’s result, Chelsea still remains in the fifth position, eight points behind Tottenham.
