Lazio president Claudio Lotito is reportedly not contended with the offers he is getting for Serbian youngster Milinkovic-Savic, as he wants more club to show interest in the player so as to increase the player’s price tag before the commencement of the 2018-19 campaign.
Milinkovic-Savic, who is having a great season with the Serie A giants has revealed his plan to move to another club in the summer, where he will be guaranteed of winning many trophies before he puts an end to his career.
Manchester United and Manchester City were the first clubs who showed interest in signing the player during the previous transfer market but their moves for the player encountered a huge setback as the Serb admitted he wants to remain with Lazio till the end of the season.
According to Il Messaggero, both Premier League giants are still interested in the Serbian who could see his stock rise up after the summer World Cup in Russia.
The media outlet also claims that Real Madrid and Paris Saint-German have both joined the race for the player’s signature ahead of next season.
Claudio is reportedly hoping to receive a whopping sum of £140 million for the youngster whom he believes is in the same class with Kylian Mbappe — who switched to PSG from Monaco in a £166million deal last summer.
It is yet to be seen if City and Manchester United will be able to spend that much for a player who has little experience in Champions League competition.
