Bale is Happy Here and He’s Going Nowhere
Real Madrid star player Gareth Bale is happy being at Santiago Bernabeu and he’s not thinking of changing club in the summer according to Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane.
“Bale is not a sad player at Real Madrid. Everyone can have their opinion, but I believe he is here and happy to be at this club. He has shown he is an important player in this team.” he said as quoted by sport360.
The French manager admits that the Welshman is currently happy playing with the Galacticos amid reports which suggest that the player is fuming over his lack of regular playing time.
The striker is surely a class of his own whenever he is fully fit but he has had to deal with recurring injuries which has limited him to just 14 League starts so far this season. He has scored just 11 goals in all competitions.
There are reports in some parts of the media that the Welshman is set to end his six-year stay at Santiago Bernabeu in the summer due to Madrid’s reported big-money move for PSG striker Neymar- who is currently out injured – in the next transfer window.
While reacting to the speculations linking Bale out of his team, Madrid manager was quick to debunked the rumours claiming that the striker remains happy with the team and the progress they are making in European competition so far this season.
Should he decide to leave the La Liga Champions, he won’t be short of suitors as Bayern Munich, Chelsea and Manchester United are reportedly monitoring his situation at Real Madrid.
