The France International star player’s future has been in doubt over the past few weeks with Manchester United and Chelsea heavily linked to signing him.
Don Balon claim that Chelsea are having a secret negotiation to beat Manchester United to Samuel Umtiti’s signature. Don Balon believe they both have a good relationship and Chelsea have opted to negotiate a deal rather than pay his 60m euros release clause.
