In his bid to improve the quality of his backline, Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is looking at the prospect of bringing Elseid Hysaj to Stamford Bridge who is also wanted by Man United ahead of the 2018-19 season.

Despite the addition of Davide Zappacosta from Torino last summer having failed to get Sergi Roberto and Kyle Walker who were his initial target, Conte seems not happy with his player’s display at the back of the pitch which has seen them conceded many goals than last season.

The former Juventus manager further added Emerson Palmieri from Roma in the winter after failing in his bid to lure Juventus’ Alex Sandro to the West London club but Palmieri is yet to make any major impact with the Blues as he is still adapting to the League’s style of play which requires much strength and skills.

Reports suggest that Chelsea could face massive competitions from top European clubs such as Arsenal, Manchester United and Real Madrid who are all interested in the player whose performance for Napoli so far this season has been awesome and mind-blowing.

Though the Blues are reportedly set to spend huge cash on the defender, it is yet to be seen if Napoli would want to end their ties with one player who has been outstanding in their race for the first trophy in recent years.
