Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has predicted the teams whom he thinks are going to end the season among the top four clubs.
Having seen the results of matches played by clubs vying for top-four finish throughout this weekend, the former French striker came up with a conclusion on which club would qualify for next season’s Champions League competition.
The Gunners, his former club, lost to Manchester City Carabao Cup final while Manchester United recorded a massive comeback to defeat Chelsea after conceding a goal in the early minutes of the game.
Tottenham, who are also in the race for next season’s final Champions League qualifying ticket, scored a late goal against Crystal Palace on Sunday.
Jurgen Klopp’s men comfortably defeated West Ham 4-1 to increase their chance of appearing in the competition next season.
According to Thierry, Chelsea are not in the form that could guarantee a top-four finish, so also Arsenal whose hope of qualifying for the Champions league depends on the Europa League triumph.
He believes City are already the League Champions except for any miracle or great loss of form. He tipped Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham to finish in the second, third and fourth position respectively.
