Chelsea are set to make a shock move for Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart who is on loan at West Ham United according to report.
The Blues are set to add the England international to their squad as they are willing to find a replacement for Thibaut Courtois who could be moving to Santiago Bernabeu in the Summer.
The Los Blancos have been monitoring the Belgium goalkeeper since last season but nothing happened between the two clubs until now. They could renew their interest in the former Atletico player when the summer transfer window commences.
Courtois has been in fine form for the Blues since the start of the season, he has kept 15 clean sheets in 32 Premier League appearances.
Joe Hart 30, is having a less-impressive performance for the Hammers, he has kept just five clean sheets this season after 18 appearances in all competitions.
According to the Sun, Hart might cost Chelsea the Sum of £10.8million in the summer but he could see his value rise up if he improves his form before the end of the season.
The 30-year-old goalkeeper was loaned out by Pep Guardiola during last season. The Spanish manager wasn’t impressed with the player’s performance during his first pre-season tour as the Citizens manager, so he loaned him out to Serie A side Torino where he didn’t do too well.
Chelsea will be travelling to the Vicarage Road where they will battle struggling Watford side. The Blues must defeat their opponent so as to avoid Conte being sacked by the Club’s hierarchy.
