Arsenal manager is according to reports considering a move for Paris Saint Germain winger Lucas Moura.
The veteran manager is said to see the Brazilian as possibly a good signing for his side and he’s keen on registering his interest.
The Gunners are looking for reinforcements to their squad with Theo Walcott and Francis Coquelin joining Everton and Valencia already this month respectively and Alexis Sanchez about to join Man United.
The attack appears to be an area that the French boss is keen on improving as the impending arrival of Henrikh Mkhitaryan as part of a swap deal of Sanchez to Man United and as well of their pursuit of Borussia Dortmund’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Arsenal have been showing a lot of interest in Bordeaux winger Malcom but were unable to convince the french side to sell and have now seemingly turned to Moura.
The 26-year Brazil international is surplus to requirement at PSG and has expressed his love for the Premier League as well as his desire to leave Paris.
He has been targeted by Man United, Tottenham and French club Nantes this month. Man United were very keen on the player earlier in the month but with Alexis Sanchez set to walk through the door at Carrington talks regarding a move for the Brazilian has cooled down.
PSG are willing to sell the player this month and a transfer fee of about €40 million is what they are reportedly seeking to sanction the move.
