Alexis Sanchez will become a Manchester United player any moment from now!
The Chilean superstar has arrived Man United’s training ground as he reportedly prepares to pass through a medical and officially become one of the red devil’s.
Manager Jose Mourinho assured fans on Saturday that the deal will be announced anytime soon.
While the former Barcelona man is coming to Old Trafford, Armenian star player Henrikh Mkhitaryan will be moving over to North London.
The former Borussia Dortmund playmaker has been in the English capital since Saturday evening, but Alexis has just landed in Manchester few hours ago.
The talented player posted a short video on social media, where he was seen boarding a private jet bound for Manchester.
After landing, the 29-year-old was received by Man United’s player liaison team and then taken to Carrington.
Alexis will soon undergo a medical and put pen on paper for a deal that will make him earn £400,000 each week at the club – and he will, of course, become the highest paid player in England.
It was made known that Manchester United won’t pay Arsenal any money for the deal – it’s just a straight swap with Herinkh.
Alexis Sanchez is a superb player who will definitely add quality to Mourinho’s team.
Liverpool boss gives biggest injury update
English Premier League outfit Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has given a lift to the club fans after hinting them of the possibility of having England international midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain return to first-team football this season.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has been injured since last season in April when he sustained a knee problem in Liverpool’s first Leg Champions League semi-finals against Italian Serie A outfit AS Roma.
It was earlier thought that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will not return to football this season because of the career threatening injury but the German boss has made it clear that the star player has stepped up in his recovery.
The former Borussia Dortmund boss made it clear that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will return to training next month and could be involved in a number of games as well, this season.
The former Arsenal player joined the Anfield to become a transformed figure in the Jurgen Kopp’s team, better than what he was known for at the Emirate Stadium.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was definitely a big miss for the Reds team and Jurgen Klopp cannot wait to have him back especially after stating that he was happy to see him move around with the ball while doing a sidelined workout.
Chelsea to suffer big blow as Ligue 1 giants submit offer for star player
English Premier League outfit Chelsea are set to suffer a big blow as their long term target Leandro Paredes has already received offers from French Ligue 1 outfit Paris Saint Germain.
This means that he could slip off the West London hands and have a switch to the French Ligue 1 outfit as he would be handed luring personal terms aside the £35 million that was tabled for his signature.
The West London side were earlier in pole position to secure the signature of the star player so as to have him as a replacement for Cesc Fabregas who has left the club to join his former Arsenal teammate Thierry Henry who is now the manager at Monaco.
However, reports according to sports television channel Sky Sports Italia confirm that PSG have submitted an offer for the Zenit Saint Petersburg star player and he could be moving that direction.
It is now unclear where the future of Leandro Paredes lies as he is now expected to make a decision on his future having learnt of the interest from both sides.
Suggestions are that the West London side will miss out of the race as they might not be able to withstand the financial competition from the French outfit.
Liverpool still keen on the service of Bundesliga striker
English Premier League leaders Liverpool are yet to let go in the pursuit of German Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig striker Timo Werner as they are positive of landing him in this winter window.
The reports claim that the Merseyside team are willing to make Timo Werner the replacement for departed Dominic Solanke who left the Anfield on a £17 million fee to Bournemouth.
Liverpool are still hopeful to part ways with Divoc Origi and Daniel Sturridge as they are both keen to quit the club and that is why the Reds are bent on having Timo Werner so as to have enough options for the task ahead of the team.
A number of clubs had indicated interest in Timo Werner, especially North London outfit Arsenal, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund but the Reds are now alone in the race as other suitors have given up their chase.
The report, therefore, claims that Liverpool will hope to convince the German Bundesliga with a luring deal as they prepare an offer to submit before the end of this January winter transfer window.
However, Timo Werner has been impressive this season which is the reason why his German side are keen on having him stay but talks of a new deal has been stalled.
Arsenal News: Denis Suarez Deal Falls Through
North London club Arsenal have been dealt a big blow in their pursuit of Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez after talks between the Gunners and the Spanish giants broke down.
According to the report from the Daily Mail, Arsenal and Barcelona were unable to reach an agreement for the player.
A loan transfer was agreed but the Gunners were not willing to commit to a permanent transfer at the end of the short-term loan.
Arsenal proposed a loan deal with the option to buy but the Spanish La Liga champions wanted an obligation to sign him at the end of his loan spell this summer.
Denis Suarez has not been able to nail down a spot in the Barcelona first team and he’s keen to leave the club in search of more playing opportunities.
The Spaniard has set his sights on a move to North London where he will reunite with Arsenal manager Unai Emery but his hopes might be dashed with the latest development.
Unai Emery and Denis Suarez worked together at Spanish La Liga club Sevilla in 2015.
Arsenal have no money to spend on players especially permanent signings in the current transfer window as confirmed by the aforementioned Unai Emery.
Newcastle United Join Arsenal In Race To Sign Gelson Martins
Struggling Premier League outfit Newcastle United have joined Arsenal in the race to sign Atletico Madrid winger Gelson Martins.
The Daily Mail claim that the Magpies have made a loan enquiry for the Portuguese international player.
Gelson Martins was a member of the 23-man Portugal squad to last summer’s FIFA World Cup tournament in Russia.
The European champions crashed out of the tournament at the first knockout stage after they were beaten 2-1 by South American nation Uruguay.
The 23-year-old moved to Spanish La Liga giants Atletico Madrid from Portuguese Super League club Sporting Lisbon immediately after the World Cup tournament in Russia.
He has not made the impact that was expected of him at the Wanda Metropolitano since he joined the club at the start of the season.
Apart from the Magpies, Gelson Martins has been strongly linked with a move to Arsenal this month.
The Gunners have lost England international forward Danny Welbeck to long-term injury and Gelson Martins could be a like-for-like replacement for him.
Atletico Madrid are keen to get his wages off their wage bill having already added Spanish striker Alvaro Morata to their playing squad.
Morata is closing in on a loan move to Atletico for the remainder of the season with the obligation to make the transfer permanent in the summer.
Arsenal Goalkeeper Martinez Set To Join Reading On Loan
Arsenal goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez is closing in on a transfer to English Championship strugglers Reading in this January transfer window.
According to the Daily Mail, the Gunners third-choice goalie will join the Royals on a short-term loan until the end of the season.
Reading are third from bottom on the Championship table.
The Argentine shot-stopper spent last season on loan at Spanish La Liga club Getafe before returning to Arsenal in the summer of 2018.
Arsenal manager Unai Emery then persuaded him to join the club’s pre-season tour of Singapore.
Emiliano Martinez is the Gunners’ third goalkeeper behind Petr Cech and new signing Bernd Leno who’s the undisputed number one Arsenal goalie following his arrival from German Bundesliga outfit Bayer Leverkusen at the start of this season.
Martinez has found playing time hard to come by as a result of his status.
He has played just once this season and that was accompanied by a clean sheet following the 1-0 win over Qarabag at the Emirates Stadium in what was the Gunners’ last game in the Europa League group stage this term.
Championship leaders Leeds United were interested in him before they settled for Spanish shot-stopper Kiko Casilla from European champions Real Madrid.
Liverpool wining outside the pitch with latest record
English Premier League outfit Liverpool are not only having it good on the pitch this time around as the success of the club is also being felt in the profit made by the club.
The latest report reveals that the Reds are set to become the first club in football history to record an annual net profit of over £100 million Inside World Football claims.
The reason for the swollen account of the Merseyside team has been attributed to their last season’s success where they reached the UEFA Champions League finals and earned £81.3 million to add to the over £140 million that was cashed in for the sale of Brazilian international Philippe Coutinho who moved to Spanish La Liga outfit Barcelona.
A record net profit of £98 million is currently standing by former Premier League champions Leicester City in 2017 after winning their first EPL trophy in the club’s history.
However, Liverpool have hand to spend big on the likes of Virgil Van Dijk, Alisson Becker, Fabinho and Naby Keita but they are required to pay over the course of their contracts which gives them the financial relieve.
There is no doubt that the Reds will now be able to flex financial muscles with top clubs in terms of transfer activities.
World Cup winner seeks Liverpool move
It is now being established that French Ligue 1 outfit Lyon star Nabil Fekir is already aware of the interest from the English Premier League outfit Liverpool and he is ready to jump at the offer.
It is not clear if Nabil Fekir will seek a move this winter window or will make the move in the coming summer window but he has already given the hint that his time with the French Ligue 1 outfit is almost running to an end.
Nabil Fekir revealed that he knew well, how much time he has to spend with Lyon as he would have ended his stay with the club last term until he made a decision to stay a little longer.
However, the World Cup winner made it clear that he is not under any pressure to make a decision regarding his future but noted that he has already held talks with the club’s president and his intention has already been made known.
Meanwhile, Liverpool have shown keen interest in Nabil Fekir with reports claiming that they have been able to win the heart of the star player over West London side Chelsea because of their current standing in the league table which is more convincing.
Chelsea could still win race for signature of English sensation
The English Premier League outfit Chelsea have been tipped to defeat other big guns in the race for the signature of Crystal Palace star Aaron Wan-Bissaka before the end of this winter transfer window.
The West London side were reported by Adrian Kajumba of The Mirror to have joined top Premier League sides like Manchester United, Manchester City in the race for the signature of Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
The star player has impressed so far this season which is the reason why a number of clubs have come knocking to land his signature ahead of the season half of the season which is already underway.
Suggestions are that Cristal Palace are already expecting bids from a number of clubs for Aaron Wan-Bissaka and are willing to let go of him but for the right offer.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka has also got the ability to play as a full-back which gives him the advantage over most of his pairs and that alone attracted the big sides already.
However, the West London side have been tipped to win the race and land the star player before the end of this winter window knowing that his contract with the club will run out in the next 12 months.
Latest Report Reveal Liverpool Want Tottenham Key Man
English Premier League leaders Liverpool are reported to be keen on tempting North London outfit Tottenham key man Victor Wanyama to the Anfield in this winter transfer window.
It is gathered that Victor Wanyama has fallen down the pecking order in the Spurs team which will make it easy for the Merseyside outfit to be able to land him.
Victor Wanyama suffered an injury last season and that was how he lost out of the team with Eric Dier and Mousa Dembele becoming the preferred in the team.
The situation is still unchanged for Victor Wanyama who has seen just 57 minutes of play in the Premier League this season, a hint that he is no longer in the plans of the manager and could be allowed to leave.
However, the Reds are encouraged by the fact that they will be able to secure Victor Wanyama for as less as the £50 million that was paid for him by the Reds team to move to the North London side.
The Reds are confident that the former Celtic and Southampton star still has a lot to offer and will be a good addition to the team in their bid to keep hold of the top position until the end of the season.
