It appears that every report concerning Manchester United at the moment has to do with the impending arrival of Alexis Sanchez.
It is no longer news that Manchester United and Arsenal are set to carry out a swap deal involving Alexis Sanchez and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Well after a few delays and hiccups along the way, the deal is finally almost over the line according to latest reports.
The delays regarding the deal had to do with the Man United man, who needed convincing to join the Gunners (and who can blame him considering where Arsenal stand at the moment).
According to reports Alexis Sanchez has said his goodbyes to his Arsenal teammates and was left out of their squad for their game against Crystal Palace.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan who has reportedly agreed to terms with the North London club was also left out of the Man United squad.
There were also reports that the Chilean international, Sanchez was expected to be on a flight to Manchester on Friday night after checking out of his hotel.
These reports have led to the conclusion that the deal is set to be announced with many reports claiming it is will be made public as early as Saturday night.
Although no official statements have been made at this time we can safely assume that by the next Premier League game week Alexis Sanchez will be a Man United player and Henrikh Mkhitaryan an Arsenal player.
