Manchester United have been linked with a move for Paris Saint Germain’s winger Lucas Moura but their proposed move for the Brazilian has been turned down by the Paris club.
The player has seen his opportunities at the club reduce drastically at the start of the season since the summer signings of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe and has not made a league start all season.
Manchester United were looking to secure his services on loan for the rest of the season but PSG were not having it and were leaning towards a permanent move.
However, latest reports say that the manager of PSG, Unai Emery has with his latest statements open the doors for a potential January exit for the club’s fringe players including Lucas Moura.
Man United manager Jose Mourinho has identified the 25-year old as a target for the club, as he looks to add a winger to his squad after failing to land Inter Milan’s Ivan Perisic in the summer.
The Brazilian international, Moura, is believed to be interested in a move away from the French League leaders as he looks to gain more first-team appearances and try to force his way into the Brazilian contingents to the summer world cup in Russia.
