According to reports, Jose Mourinho wants his side to step up their efforts to sign Tottenham Hotspur star player Danny Rose following reports that the player is interested in joining Manchester United.
Rose publicly criticised Tottenham’s wage structure earlier in the summer and said he would access any offer from any other English sides for him.
This season so far, Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has been playing Ashley Young at the left-back position over other traditional full-backs in the club like Daley Blind and Matteo Darmian, and the Portuguese tactician is said not to be pleased with the situation.
Back at Spurs, Danny has recently returned to fitness, but he will face strong competition from in-form Ben Davies for a spot in the starting eleven.
Davies has been impressive in Danny’s absence and has evolved into one of the most important members in Mauricio Pochettino’s squad
And it was made known that Mourinho is ready to take advantage of the upcoming January transfer window to reinforce his team, and the Portuguese tactician wants Man United’s board to sign Rose.
Chelsea were also interested in the Englishman last summer, but with reports that the player is interested in joining Old Trafford, then it appears Man United have the edge to get the player’s signature.
